We do not offer general contracting, home construction, or licensed trade services.

2. Services Disclaimer

Simburk Design Group performs minor repairs, routine maintenance, and general handyman services only. Services do not include work that requires state or local licensing, permits, or inspections.

For projects that require licensed professionals (including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, or structural work), Simburk Design Group may refer or coordinate with properly licensed third-party contractors. We are not responsible for the performance or outcomes of third-party services.

3. Estimates & Payments

Estimates provided are non-binding unless stated otherwise in writing.

Final pricing may vary based on actual labor time, materials, or scope adjustments.

Payment is due upon service completion unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Late or non-payment may result in service suspension.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
